The purpose of the Backpack Project is to engage students in reading for pleasure and encourage exploration of wonderful books in a multiple ways - through reading the books, author/illustrator challenges, puzzles, games, dress up, imaginative play or an exciting author/illustrator challenge!
"Jack's Veggie Patch" and "Jack's Chook Yard" are both included in the ENVIRO TEAM Backpack, along with other books from Aussie authors to inspire children to love and care for our environment.
